Anandwellness is committed to empower women all over the country to take charge of their health and wellbeing. The basic principle is that each individual is unique and so is her eating patterns and her life situations. Therefore, how is it possible that one form of workout or meditation or a particular food will suite everyone? But at the same time, the root of my coaching is mindful, conscious, plant based eating. Rest pranayama and yoga are the other basic philosophies I use in my consultation. I conduct various workshops teaching clients/ women to make food without the use of oil and dairy products.
